Bring your item to Customer Service Counter. Show proof of purchase. A return barcode works, too. Note that, we can also look up receipts using your original payment method.

Simply, Print your order details.Ship it back to our store address. Once item reached at store, We’ll Email you and issue your refunds that will show in your account within 5-7 working days.

Be sure, Also return any packing slips, manuals etc. that came with your original package.
