How long does it take to get my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it from your account. Go to Orders, click on the order you want to cancel, and click the “Cancel This Order” link.
If you need help canceling your order, please send us a message with your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible so that your experience is simple and worry-free. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, we will issue you a refund. We also accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Who will be delivering my order?

We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available. Free shipping is limited to ground shipping. Faster ship methods will incur a cost unless specified as free.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

If you’re not home, the driver will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

No – at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses. We currently only ship within the contiguous 48 states US. We also do not ship HI,AK & Puerto Rico.

What can I do if I never receive my order?

Occasionally, packages are lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or arrive in separate packages. Packages may also be left with a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager.

However, All items purchased from online excluding in store purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

So, Fornaxmall.com is not responsible for any loss due to non received or  damaged Goods in any case.

How do you ship fresh, refrigerated or frozen items?

We ship fresh, refrigerated and frozen items separately from other items in your order for the fastest delivery. We use insulated packaging and dry ice to keep items cold or frozen during shipping. The dry ice may be gone when your package arrives, but your items should still feel cold or frozen to the touch.

Why is the delivery agent trying to charge me more for shipping?

This can happen if you paid for one level of service but request another.

If you didn’t request extra delivery services and the carrier is trying to charge extra, Please contact Customer Support to report the issue immediately.

NOTE: Do not pay the carrier/delivery agent any amount, if extra delivery services were not requested/provided.

What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?

It can take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be registered and/or scanned in the carrier’s system. This could prevent or delay visibility to your shipment, so please try again after waiting a full weekday.

If two business days have passed after you receive your tracking email, and you are still unable to track the order, please Customer Support for an update to your order status.

How do I check the status of my order?

After any order is completed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase. After the order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information. This information is also available through your online Account Information > Order History.

What if an order has damaged items?

What are the shipping regulations for items purchased?

Due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) restrictions, we cannot ship some items by air (premium or express) that contain regulated or hazardous materials. Restrictions are usually identified on the product page and these items can only be shipped via ground to the 48 contiguous states.

Will items ship on Saturdays?

Items may ship on Saturday, but may not be processed by the carrier until the next non-holiday weekday.

Can I use different “Bill to” and “Ship to” addresses?

If you ship order(s) to an address other than the billing address of your credit/debit card, the order is subject to delays or cancellation.

To prevent this, please make sure the settings and contact information of your method of payment are up-to-date when placing your order.

NOTE: The “ship to” address cannot be altered after the order has been shipped.
